Reporter Joo Dae-eun= Sadio Mane (31) has revealed his reasons for traveling to Saudi Arabia.
On Sept. 9, British media outlet The Mirror reported on the reason for Mane’s move to Saudi Arabia. According to the report, Mane said, “Firmino called me two or three times to come to Al Ahli. I also spoke to Fabinho at the same time. He wanted me to come to Al Ittihad.”바카라사이트
Mane was a world-class striker during his time at Liverpool. His bouncy pace was among the best in Europe. His goal-scoring prowess, coupled with his consistent finishing, allowed him to lead his team to the top of Europe alongside Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.
His stock rose in 2022 when he was named Ballon d’Or runner-up. He headed to German giants Bayern Munich with high hopes, but injuries slowed him down. His physical performance declined after the injury. He slumped as his strengths disappeared.
He never fully fit into the team. In the 2022/23 season, there were rumors of a feud with Leroy Sane. Mane assaulted Sane after a UEFA Champions League defeat to Manchester City and was completely excluded from the team. His first season at Bayern Munich ended with a lackluster performance.
After just one season, he decided to move to Al Nasr, where Cristiano Ronaldo was playing. Mane hasn’t scored a goal since joining the club, although he’s been playing regularly.
In addition to his former teammates, Mane’s mother played an important role in his decision to move to Saudi Arabia. “My mom especially encouraged me to move,” he said. We are Muslims. I’m happy because Saudi Arabia is also a Muslim country,” he said.
