Kim Young-hee, who led the heyday of Korean women’s basketball, passed away on the 31st of last month. She is 60 years old.

Her late father was a representative center of Korean women’s basketball, who was active in Soongui Girls’ High School, Korea Cosmetics. The deceased took the lead in winning the silver medal at the 1984 LA Olympics with her 2m tall height. At the time of her death, she was awarded the Medal of Honor for Physical Education, including the White Horse and Tiger Badges. 바카라

She passed away in 1987 after she collapsed during training and was diagnosed with Acromegaly and left her coat. Afterwards, she suffered from complications such as brain tumor, hypoglycemia and thyroid disease, and intestinal obstruction, and she was known to have been living in a nursing home until recently. To help her deceased, basketball players such as Seo Jang-hoon and Heo Jae, including the Korean Women’s Basketball League (WKBL), paid for her treatment, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also provided a special subsidy of 10 million won.
