Korea lost both games to Australia on the first day of the Hanwha Life Plus International Crown, a women’s national competition.

On the first day of the tournament held at TPC Harding Park in San Francisco, California on the 5th (Korean time), the pair Jinyoung Ko and Hyoju Kim lost to the group Hannah Green and Sarah Camp (Australia).

The game was played in a ‘four-ball’ format, in which teams of two each played with their own balls, and the better score was the team’s score.ㅋㅋㅋ벳

Ko Jin-young and Kim Hyo-joo recorded 3 birdies, and were caught by the green-camp group, which caught 5 birdies.

The Jeon In-ji-Choi Hye-jin pair was defeated by Lee Min-ji and Stephanie Kiriacow (Australia).

Founded in 2014, the Hanwha Life Plus International Crown was held three times in a two-year cycle until 2018, but was canceled in the aftermath of Corona 19 in 2020.

Korea tied for 3rd in the first competition, followed by 2nd in 2016 and 1st in 2018. Korea showed uneasiness from the first day of the tournament held in five years.

Korea aims to advance to the semifinals through matches against Thailand on the 6th and Japan on the 7th.
