Kium Heroes is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with the Arizona Diamondbacks of Major League Baseball (MLB).
The partnership is aimed at exchanging know-how in the management of both clubs. The main contents of the partnership include the dispatch of employees from both clubs’ operations departments, sharing information on team operations through regular meetings, and sharing data on foreign players.
On September 8, a high-level staff member from Arizona will visit the Gocheok Hanwha Eagles to observe on-field operations and hold a partnership signing ceremony. Prior to this, an employee from Arizona’s R&D department will join the team today (September 25) against the Daegu Samsung Lions and will accompany the Kiwoom power analysis team during the three-game weekend series.
Kiwoom will also be sending its operations staff to the United States in the near future. They will experience on-field work at the Arizona club, which is currently playing its regular season.
In February, Keum conducted spring training at Salt River Fields in Scottsdale, Arizona. At the time, the organization was interested in learning more about how the A’s have been able to produce a number of major leaguers and how the team has been able to build and maintain a strong enough roster to reach the postseason each season. At this point, a dialog between Kiwoom and Arizona’s management team led to a variety of agreements, which led to specific discussions and the signing of the partnership.안전놀이터
A representative from Kiwoom said, “We have many similarities with the Arizona team in terms of team management. By exchanging our know-how, synergy will be created.” “We look forward to utilizing Arizona’s advanced techniques and operational know-how according to our club’s conditions to help our team grow to the next level. We will actively contribute what we can to help the Arizona team.”
Kiwoom has worked with Major League Baseball’s Boston Red Sox for several years, including a strategic partnership in 2014.
