KU won its 2023 KUSF College Basketball U-League game against Hanyang University 79-49 on Sunday at KU’s Global Campus Gymnasium. With its sixth win of the season, KU restored its 5-for-5 winning percentage and moved into a tie for fifth place with Hanyang University.

In the second quarter, KU widened the gap. While Hanyang University was struggling from the field, the team shot a series of three-pointers. It was an 18-0 run (27-10) after a three-pointer by Cho Min-geun made it 9-10 with 5 minutes left in the first quarter.

KU kept the momentum going. They dominated Hanyang in the rebounding battle, and Kim Jun-young hit a three-pointer to push the lead to over 20 points (14-39). With Choi Seung-bin and Freddie continuing their dominance under the basket, KU finished the first half with a 45-20 lead.스포츠토토

A 61-33 run in the fourth quarter made it easy for KU to put the game away. The lead remained around 30 points. In the middle of the fourth quarter, KU rested its main players, including Freddie, Choi Seung-bin, and Cho Hwan-hee, and brought in a number of bench players.
