The LG Twins beat the Kiwoom Heroes 1-0.

LG won with a timely hit by Austin Dean in the first inning against Kiwoom at Jamsil Stadium on the 11th.

In the first inning, lead hitter Hong Chang-ki went to base with a right-handed double, and in the second out and third base, Austin Dean scored a timely left-handed hit against opponent starter Jeong Chan-heon to take the lead.

This score eventually became the final score. Afterwards, the LG lineup failed to score on Jeong Chan-heon. In the 7th and 8th innings, Kiwoom was blocked by the bullpen.

However, LG starter Lim Chan-gyu also pitched 6 scoreless innings and kept the lead to the end by one point. Lim Chan-gyu scored 5 strikeouts in 6 innings and recorded a scoreless run, earning his 2nd win of the season.
