Jeonju Youngsaeng High School Kim Geon-woo opened the goal with a header from a corner kick from the left in the 19th minute of the first half. Kim Kun-woo became the protagonist of the first goal of this tournament. Jeonju Youngsaeng High School took the lead with additional goals by Moon Jun-hyeok in the 35th minute of the first half and Jeong Tae-gyun in the 15th minute of the second half. However, Asan FC U-18 did not give up until the end and pursued. In the 25th minute of the second half, Sein Kim headed a corner kick from the left, and in the 39th minute of the second half, Jung Yong-hoon kicked a penalty kick from the opponent’s foul and chased it down to the bottom of the chin. But there was not enough time to turn the game around.

Chungnam Mechanical Technical High School (Daejeon Hana Citizen Youth Team) showed great firepower and defeated Jinju High School (Gyeongnam FC Youth Team) 4-1. The first goal came in the 10th minute of the first half. Kim Ye-chan of Chungnam Mechanical Engineering High School shook the net with a right-footed shot after overtaking the opposing defender from the right side of the penalty arc. Jinju High School counterattacked, and in the 12th minute of the second half Kim Do-woo headed a free kick from the left.

Gwangyang Jecheol High School (Jeonnam Dragons Youth Team), the winner of the tournament two years ago, also showed off its offensive ability and defeated Gyeongbuk Beauty Arts High School (Gimcheon Sangmu FC Youth Team) 3-0. Gwangyang Jecheol High School striker Son Geon-ho scored the first goal in the 16th minute, and midfielder Kook Seon-woong scored consecutive goals in the 20th and 22nd minutes of the second half, contributing to the victory.

The “defending champion” Keum Ho-go (Gwangju FC Youth Team) also won the Seojeon match and cruised toward a second straight victory. Thanks to goals from Shin Chan-gyeol in the 8th minute of the first half and Song Ji-won in the 38th minute of the second half, Kumho High School beat Cheonan City FC U18 2-1, with Bang Won-hyeong scoring one goal.

Gaeseong High School, the Busan I-Park youth team, and Hyundai High School, the Ulsan Hyundai youth team, were unable to decide the match against Ansan Greeners U-18 and Anyang Technical High School (FC Anyang U-18), 1-1 and 0-0, respectively.
